About the role
Levi's is looking for store staff for its Portal de l'Àngel store in Barcelona, working 15 hours on weekends. The role is part-time and focuses on the in-store customer experience, with current Levi's employees applying through their Workday account.
Key responsibilities
- Create genuine connections with customers and deliver personal, one-to-one service
- Share product knowledge and styling advice that helps customers feel confident
- Support store operations such as tills, fitting rooms and stock management
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Work with the team to meet and exceed sales goals while keeping the store welcoming
Required profile
- A love for helping people express themselves through style and fashion
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
- Curiosity, adaptability and a passion for learning and development
- Pride in delivering high-quality service that reflects the Levi's brand values
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not essential
