Strategy and Execution Associate (Fashion)

About the role

Metyis is seeking a Strategy and Execution Associate to join its Madrid team, focusing on fashion clients. You will work on high‑impact projects that shape supply‑chain, logistics and wholesale strategies for leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and structure complex strategy and execution engagements for fashion clients, covering network redesign, S&OP, inventory allocation, wholesale channel strategy, cost‑to‑serve and operating model design.
• Translate operational and commercial data into fact‑based recommendations for C‑level decision makers.
• Own relationships with senior client stakeholders across supply chain, logistics, merchandising, operations and commercial leadership, facilitating workshops, steering committees and executive presentations.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals, pitches and sector expertise on fashion value‑chain transformation.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants and associates, ensuring high‑quality delivery and professional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering (Industrial/Textile) or related field from a top university.
• 3‑5 years of experience in strategy & execution consulting or in‑house roles within the fashion industry.
• Hands‑on exposure to retail, wholesale, value‑chain optimization and logistics/supply‑chain functions.
• Proven track record of leading value‑chain, logistics or wholesale transformation projects.
