Strategy and Execution Manager (Financial Services)

About the role

Metyis is looking for a Strategy and Execution Manager to join its Financial Services team in Barcelona. You will work directly with C‑level clients, turning data‑driven insights into actionable business solutions and supporting change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Interact regularly with client executives to drive impactful change.
• Develop new business solutions using data analysis, client interviews, market research and analytical models.
• Lead strategy development, change‑management plans and business‑case creation.
• Provide project‑management oversight, including presentations, external relationship management and status reporting.
• Conduct in‑depth analyses of client needs, supervise research activities and lead advanced data analyses of industry trends.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in the Financial Services sector.
• Proven ability to generate actionable insights and manage client relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in strategy development and change management.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.
