Strategy & Execution Associate – FMCG

About the role

We are seeking a Strategy & Execution Associate to join our FMCG practice in Madrid. You will work on high‑impact projects for food and beverage clients, helping them shape go‑to‑market and revenue growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within Strategy & Execution engagements, acting as the day‑to‑day point of contact for clients and coordinating junior team members.
• Design and implement Go‑to‑Market and Revenue Growth Management initiatives, including pricing, promotion effectiveness, trade terms, and channel strategy.
• Conduct complex analytical work, turning commercial and category data into fact‑based recommendations for C‑level decision makers.
• Manage relationships with mid‑to‑senior client stakeholders, leading workshops, steering committees and executive presentations.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and client pitches with sector expertise.
• Mentor and coach Consultants and Associates to ensure quality delivery and professional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering or related field from a top university.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Strategy & Execution consulting or in‑house roles (Commercial, Revenue Management, Trade Marketing, Sales) within the FMCG or Food & Beverage sector.
• Proven track record delivering Go‑to‑Market or Revenue Growth Management projects.
