Subgobernante/a – Hotel Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Subgobernante/a to support the daily operations of Barceló Nura in Menorca. The role involves overseeing departmental processes, ensuring service quality and managing resources to achieve economic efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise work schedules, objectives and task distribution.
• Supervise work methods, material usage and customer interaction.
• Control costs by efficiently managing human and material resources.
• Manage staff roster and performance.
• Maintain service quality, standardise daily activities and meet established quality targets.

Required profile

• Medium-level vocational training in Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• High level of English; additional language is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (word processing, spreadsheets, email).
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
