SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Consultant

About the role

T-Systems Iberia is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior consultant to join an international project with a German client. You will work in a Spanish-German team and collaborate with stakeholders across different countries, supporting Employee Central topics in both project and support environments. The role suits someone with hands-on experience who understands client needs, configures the system, investigates issues and proposes practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Work on Employee Central configuration, support and improvement topics.
• Analyse business requirements and turn them into clear functional solutions.
• Support topics such as employee data, foundation objects, workflows, business rules, permissions, event reasons and MDF objects.
• Help with incidents, change requests, enhancements and day-to-day client requests.
• Join workshops with HR teams, key users and other project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with integration, payroll, time and reporting teams when topics are connected.
• Prepare simple documentation, support testing and help solve defects.
• Advise the client on better or simpler ways to use Employee Central.

Required profile

• Solid hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Good understanding of Employee Central configuration and standard processes.
• Experience with HR processes and employee lifecycle topics.
• Ability to investigate issues and explain solutions clearly.
• Comfortable working with clients and good English communication skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with other teams.

Required skills

• Nice to have: Employee Central certification, experience with Time Off, Time Tracking, Payroll or SAP HCM.
• Nice to have: knowledge of integrations such as CPI, Boomi, Integration Center or APIs.
• Nice to have: German language skills and previous support or AMS experience.
