Supply Chain Planner – MRP & Process Excellence

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner with strong MRP expertise to build and standardise planning, forecasting and material management processes for a growing international beauty company. The role starts with establishing robust MRP capabilities and will evolve into a Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement Manager within 12‑18 months.

Key responsibilities

• Design and standardise planning and forecasting processes, parameters and governance, and develop inventory and replenishment strategies such as safety stocks.
• Support the implementation and stabilisation of SAP MRP, define master data, planning logic and process standards, and promote a fit‑to‑ERP approach.
• Improve visibility of inventories and material flows, support capacity planning and supply‑risk management, and drive supplier collaboration with packaging, raw‑material and contract manufacturers.
• After the first year, identify bottlenecks, optimise MRP parameters, develop and monitor KPIs, and support broader Process Excellence initiatives across the business.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply or materials planning.
• Strong expertise in MRP dynamics within standard ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Solid understanding of planning and forecasting logic, lead‑times and inventory management.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
• Experience working in outsourced manufacturing environments.
• Fluent Spanish (C1) and proficient English (B2+).
