Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist (SCS) will support the planning and execution of solar tracker component deliveries, ensuring projects meet customer agreements while identifying risks and opportunities. Reporting to the SIOP Manager, the SCS works closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain efficient, cost‑effective operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supplier delivery schedules and project delivery plans.
• Collaborate with project managers to guarantee on‑time delivery, manage planning changes, loads, last‑mile freight and distribution.
• Identify and assess supply‑chain risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with engineering, quality, finance, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Post transactions in SAP (goods receipt and delivery notes) and support problem‑solving.
• Maintain inventory and stock control for project materials.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimise service levels and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or project coordination.
• Proficiency in SAP for materials and inventory management, demand planning, and sales & distribution.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
