Supply Chain Technician

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Technician to keep our internal and external teams aligned, ensuring smooth onboarding of new business partners and product launches. You will work in an international environment linked to the University of Alicante, gaining hands‑on experience across the cannabis supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Prepare and organise delivery documentation, including packing lists.
• Schedule and lead calls with partners to align on needs and expectations.
• Maintain service and quality agreements and keep product records up to date.
• Support import and export processes.
• Act as the main contact across Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

Required profile

• Organised and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Detail‑oriented and accurate in documentation and communications.
• Proactive in solving problems and spotting challenges.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• Committed to continuous improvement.
• Recent graduates in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields are encouraged to apply; junior candidates may also be considered.
