Supply Chain Transformation Consultant – Barcelona or Madrid

About the role

Miebach Consulting Group is seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Consultant to join its team in Spain. The position is based in either Barcelona or Madrid and offers the chance to work on large‑scale supply chain projects for international and national enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, transform and model client data to assess current operational performance.
• Identify pain points, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities within client supply chains.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project directors to design and develop transformation solutions.
• Support the implementation of recommended strategies and monitor resulting cost‑savings.
• Travel domestically as required by project needs.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional eager to start a consulting career.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex processes.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
