Talent Acquisition Manager – Mid Level

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our recruiting efforts as we expand internationally, particularly into the US. You will join Joko’s People function, collaborating with People Ops, Business Partnering and Workplace teams across France, Spain and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with Joko’s growth objectives.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Implement data‑driven metrics to improve hiring speed, quality and diversity.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and recruitment platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience (3‑5 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in tech or fast‑growing startups.
• Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruiting and employer branding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a distributed, international environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis for recruitment metrics.
