Talent Acquisition Partner – Tech, Support & Sales

About the role

Based in Barcelona, you will join Veepee’s distributed HR team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technology, support and sales positions across Veepee’s international markets, acting as a trusted business partner to hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end talent acquisition for Tech, Support and Sales profiles, from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Partner with global hiring managers to translate business needs into targeted recruitment strategies.
• Design innovative sourcing approaches, leveraging modern platforms and AI tools to attract top international talent.
• Ensure a seamless, personalized candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Use ATS data, market insights and recruitment KPIs to optimise pipelines and provide strategic reporting.
• Lead global TA initiatives and continuous‑improvement projects, integrating AI to boost efficiency.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably mixing agency agility with in‑house partnership.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish and Catalan talent markets.
• Proven success recruiting Tech, Support or Sales roles on an international scale.
• Hands‑on experience with direct sourcing, headhunting and data‑driven recruitment.
