Talent Acquisition Partner – Temporary Role

About the role

Join Airbus in Getafe as a Talent Acquisition Partner on a temporary assignment. You will work within a dynamic recruitment team, supporting the hiring of future innovators and leaders for the aerospace giant.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job profiles and understand talent needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using modern channels and social media.
• Create inclusive, diversity‑focused job adverts that reflect Airbus values.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and contribute to selection decisions.
• Represent Airbus at university and school events to promote early‑career opportunities.
• Participate in cross‑divisional HR projects and Communities of Practice.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Psychology or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of junior recruitment experience or relevant academic projects.
• Strong interest in digital sourcing tools and social media platforms.
• Passion for the aerospace or engineering sector is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (negotiation level).
