About the role

Fresha is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across multiple European markets from its Madrid office. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent, supporting the company’s rapid growth in the beauty and wellness sector.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for priority roles across Europe.
• Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines of high‑quality candidates in diverse geographies.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Leverage data, market insights, and hiring trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to scale efficient hiring processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor on market dynamics, talent availability, and best hiring practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a high‑growth or international environment.
• Strong ability to work in a fast‑paced, global setting and manage multiple markets simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
