Talent Acquisition Specialist – International Recruitment

About the role

MELLER is expanding rapidly across Europe and seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment for retail stores, headquarters, and international teams. This position is ideal for an early‑career professional eager to gain experience in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring needs.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals and attraction initiatives.
• Screen applications, conduct first‑round interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a smooth experience.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction projects.
• Track recruitment metrics and keep candidate data up to date.
• Collaborate on Talent Acquisition projects and process improvements.
• Assist broader People & HR initiatives such as onboarding and employee experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
