About the role

Join MSC Cruises' new Excellence Hub in Valencia as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will lead the attraction and hiring of multilingual sales talent, building a strong pipeline in a competitive market and ensuring candidates can thrive in a performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding support.
• Translate hiring plans into weekly and monthly recruitment targets, focusing on language capability, sales mindset, and long‑term retention.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other sourcing tools.
• Identify and activate the most effective recruitment channels in the Valencia market.
• Structure a transparent recruitment process that delivers a positive candidate experience.
• Source and attract multilingual sales talent for commercial and customer‑facing roles.
• Coordinate assessment days and hiring events to accelerate hiring waves.
• Partner with HR managers, sales leaders and external agencies to align recruitment activity with business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment, preferably for sales or commercial roles.
• Strong understanding of multilingual talent markets and ability to assess language and sales potential.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively with sales and HR teams.
• Ability to balance speed, quality of hire and long‑term retention.
