About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at QforMedia, you will work closely with leadership, Product, and Operations teams to attract top talent for both creative and analytical positions. This role is ideal for a proactive, data‑driven recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced media environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle – from briefing and sourcing to interviewing, coordination, and offer management across multiple departments.
• Identify and engage high‑quality candidates through LinkedIn, portfolios, community groups, referrals, databases, and unconventional sourcing channels.
• Lead and execute large‑scale hiring projects simultaneously while maintaining speed, organization, and candidate quality.
• Track and analyze hiring funnel performance, sourcing efficiency, conversion rates, and time‑to‑hire metrics to continuously improve outcomes.
• Evaluate candidates for creative roles (e.g., scriptwriters, editors) and data‑driven roles (e.g., product, analytics) using tailored interview methodologies.
• Continuously refine recruiting workflows, documentation, pipelines, scorecards, and operational processes.

Required profile

• Passionate about recruiting and obsessed with finding top performers.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
• Experience managing high‑volume hiring in a dynamic, media‑focused environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate directly with hiring managers and senior leadership.
