Talent Acquisition Specialist (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

Impress, Europe’s leading dental chain and health‑tech innovator, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in Spanish and English. You will play a pivotal role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent for both our clinics and headquarters, supporting rapid growth across nine countries.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and hire high‑quality candidates through multiple channels.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including employer‑branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft effective job descriptions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding and contracting activities as needed.
• Monitor and improve people‑KPIs such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, turnover, and employee satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast‑paced B2C or startup environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional European language is a plus.
• Passion for identifying and hiring top talent.
