Team Lead – Consultancy (Málaga)

About the role

Protime, a member of the SD Worx group, is looking for a Team Lead based in Málaga to build and lead a team of consultants. The role bridges the local Hub South organisation with the Belgian leadership, ensuring alignment and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of consultants, fostering engagement and professional growth.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Hub South team and Belgian leadership, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Monitor team capacity, utilization and performance using KPIs and operational data, identifying risks and improvement actions.
• Analyse business and operational data, translating insights into concrete actions to meet objectives.
• Proactively anticipate challenges, own solutions and support onboarding of new members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Belgium and Spain to ensure smooth cooperation and contribute to Hub South’s long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams and developing people in an operational or consultancy environment.
• Strong background in workforce planning, capacity management or KPI‑driven performance management.
• Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and ability to anticipate issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑country collaboration.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Belgium.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French; Spanish is a strong asset.
