Team Lead – Customer Onboarding

About the role

Shiftmove is looking for a Team Lead to own the customer onboarding journey across its AI‑powered fleet management platform. Based in Barcelona, you will work closely with the Customer Journey Manager to turn complex product features into simple, engaging learning experiences for thousands of users.

Key responsibilities

• Design and scale educational pathways that turn new users into power users and reduce onboarding friction.
• Lead, coach and grow a small team of 2‑3 Onboarding Specialists.
• Create and maintain interactive guides, video tutorials, FAQs and clear product documentation.
• Own the onboarding and continuous education programme for internal Shiftmove teams.
• Structure and optimise content for internal knowledge bases and AI‑driven support tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Support to deliver educational content alongside every new feature release.

Required profile

• Several years of experience leading customer education, training or enablement in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.
• Strong pedagogical communication skills, able to translate technical features into simple learning moments.
• Fluent French and professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern LMS platforms.
• Experience using video editing tools such as Loom or Descript.
• Interest and experience in AI‑driven content optimisation.
