Tech Community Lead (Events & Content)

About the role

We are a boutique AI firm focused on delivering production AI systems for regulated industries. We are seeking a Tech Community Lead to build and nurture a technical community around serious AI in enterprise, anchored in Spain with international reach.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch the community from scratch, defining its concept, format, rituals, channels and growth strategy.
• Plan, create and run proprietary events while securing participation in relevant external conferences.
• Transform daily engineering knowledge into engaging content that sparks conversation.
• Package use cases, learnings and frontier‑model partnerships into high‑impact assets.
• Represent the firm as a spokesperson at selected events and act as the primary contact for community partners.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end community operations, including hiring agencies or partners when needed.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of technology and technical communities.
• Proactive, creative and comfortable inventing new formats and processes.
• Self‑starter with a high sense of ownership and independence.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Attitude and aptitude valued over years of experience.
