Technical Architect – Hospitality/Kitchen Design

About the role

We are creating a cross‑functional department in the Food & Beverage sector and need a Technical Architect to support hospitality and kitchen design projects. You will work on large‑scale, multi‑country initiatives, contributing to both strategic and operational phases with direct business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in F&B hospitality projects, focusing on kitchen and restaurant design.
• Analyse, structure and follow‑up on development phases across multiple countries.
• Coordinate and support internal processes related to operations, expansion and development.
• Create and optimise processes, documentation and work structures.
• Support business analysis, research and the development of new initiatives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with diverse teams and profiles involved in the projects.

Required profile

• Problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly in demanding, high‑exposure environments.
• Analytical, structured thinking and sound judgement.
• Capacity to organise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Adaptable, curious and eager to learn.
• Minimum English level B2.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• AutoCAD knowledge.
• Familiarity with BIM tools (highly valued).
• Experience with Adobe Suite (highly valued).
