Technical Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Growth Marketer to drive paid acquisition, optimise landing pages and automate lead flow for our vehicle launch programmes. The role blends performance marketing, low‑code MarTech, and conversion optimisation to generate high‑quality test‑drive bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Search, Meta, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Build, edit and A/B test high‑converting WordPress landing pages using visual page builders.
• Maintain basic website upkeep, publish SEO‑driven content and configure metadata.
• Connect website forms to the CRM with low‑code tools, manage lead tracking and automate notifications.
• Set up Google Tag Manager and tracking pixels to measure conversion events such as form submissions and test‑drive bookings.
• Continuously improve technical SEO and conversion‑rate optimisation on lead capture pages.
• Integrate ad platforms and the website with a central CRM to automate lead scoring and handoff to sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, IT, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in digital advertising, including Google Search Ads and paid social on Meta, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Experience in the automotive, mobility or high‑consideration consumer goods sector is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English on a daily basis.

Required skills

• WordPress proficiency with visual page builders (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery).
• Implementation of Google Tag Manager and ad‑tracking pixels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Technical SEO and CRO fundamentals, with experience testing lead capture pages.
• Google Search Ads and paid‑social campaign management.
• Low‑code integration tools for CRM connectivity and lead automation.
