Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a high‑quality hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for all positions.
• Conduct top‑of‑funnel activities such as research, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
• Leverage social media platforms for proactive sourcing and posting job offers.
• Develop innovative strategies to attract top technical talent.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates and match them with future client opportunities.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates based on interviews and assignments.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with potential candidates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting.
• Strong teamwork, detail‑orientation, organization, and communication skills.
