Technology Transformation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Technology Transformation Consultant to join Capgemini Invent in Barcelona. The role bridges business and IT, ensuring that digital initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between IT and business teams, facilitating clear communication and strategic alignment.
• Lead project initiation, budgeting, and financial validation.
• Assess project outcomes, measuring business impact and value creation.
• Mentor junior team members and support multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Present status updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Promote continuous improvement and collaborative culture throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of consulting experience, preferably managing complex IT‑related projects.
• Proven ability to evaluate both technological and business impact of initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, including interaction with senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and public‑speaking skills.
• Agile, proactive mindset with adaptability to dynamic environments.
• Understanding of financial processes and concepts.
