About the role

Revlon is looking for a Quality Technician to ensure that all products manufactured in‑house or by external suppliers meet the company’s quality standards. This full‑time onsite position supports the Quality/Operations department and contributes to the continuous improvement of product quality across the cosmetics portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, record, and retain product samples; maintain a sample library.
• Develop and maintain bulk and raw material standards; certify product quality for internal and external production.
• Audit retained products and manage documentation using the laboratory quality system (Pla QM) and SAP.
• Issue certificates, create standardized work procedures (PNTs), and define analytical methods.
• Control specifications, inspection plans, and propose improvements to analytical processes.
• Register, store, and verify laboratory materials; ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, environmental and safety regulations.
• Coordinate shift work, train new hires, and stay updated on relevant quality criteria.

Required profile

• Experience in a laboratory or production quality environment, preferably in cosmetics or related industries.
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP standards and internal quality systems.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage documentation, and communicate incidents promptly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (quality module) and Pla QM documentation system.
• Knowledge of GMP and GLP regulations.
• Competence in laboratory analytical methods and sample management.
