About the role

Barceló Group is looking for a motivated Financial Technician to join its finance team in Mallorca. You will play a key part in optimizing financial processes, producing insightful reports and supporting the Corporate Finance Director.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, improve and implement financial processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain departmental manuals.
• Automate data extraction and create dashboards for decision‑making.
• Prepare internal and statutory financial reports.
• Support the Corporate Finance Director across various finance functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance role.
• Proficiency with SAP, Power BI and Kyriba.
• Advanced Excel skills.
