About the role

This temporary position offers hands‑on experience in the Human Resources department, with the possibility of progressing to a permanent HR Officer role based on performance. The role is based in Arima and is ideal for candidates at the early stage of their HR career seeking practical exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and candidate screening processes.
• Support employee onboarding and maintain personnel files.
• Administer attendance, leave records, and HR correspondence.
• Prepare HR documentation and reports.
• Provide general HR/Industrial Relations administrative support.

Required profile

• Resides in or can commute to Arima.
• Early‑stage HR professional with a qualification in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Possesses a current TTPS Certificate of Character.
• Available original academic certificates for verification.
• Demonstrates genuine interest in a long‑term HR career.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
