Temporary Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

Airbus Helicopters Spain is expanding its manufacturing team in Albacete and seeks a Temporary Manufacturing Engineer to support product industrialisation and daily production operations. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, directly influencing the success of our helicopter assembly lines.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain manufacturing documentation, integrating design data with an operator‑focused perspective.
• Ensure a balanced and efficient production line system.
• Act as a technical reference for operators, collaborating daily with a multi‑functional team.
• Analyse and resolve technical issues on the shop floor, preventing recurring industrial impacts.
• Participate in the adoption of digital technologies and support the Airbus Operating System (AOS) through performance routines and lean actions.

Required profile

• Engineering background in manufacturing.
• Curious, rigorous, enthusiastic and a strong team player.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; German or French is a plus.
• Open to personal growth and development support.
