Temporary Production Planner – Leather Goods & Accessories

About the role

LOEWE is seeking a temporary Production Planner to support its Leather Goods and Accessories division. Based in Getafe, Madrid, you will work closely with the Production Planning Manager and workshop teams to ensure smooth production flow and product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and challenge workshop capacity assumptions and identify capacity levers.
• Maintain reliability of production planning master data (completeness, consistency, alignment with actuals).
• Define and monitor ramp‑up plans for new product introductions with workshops.
• Assess impact of planning on finished‑goods availability at the central Distribution Centre and alert senior management of potential shortages or overstock.
• Serve as the primary contact for Supply Chain teams on finished‑product availability issues.
• Share and follow‑up the production plan with workshops, understanding their organization and processes.
• Identify, define, and track workshop maturity improvement actions.
• Monitor and challenge workshop KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a production planner, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and MRP principles.
• Critical thinking to evaluate workshop organization, processes, and capacity.
• Pro‑active and reactive attitude with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
