Threat Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Thales Spain is seeking a Threat Intelligence Analyst to enhance its cybersecurity intelligence capabilities. Based in Madrid, the analyst will deliver high‑quality, sector‑focused insights that support proactive threat awareness and data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, collect and analyse cyber‑threat intelligence from open‑source, commercial and internal sources.
• Identify emerging threats, attack vectors and adversary tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs).
• Produce sector‑specific intelligence reports and briefings on trends, threat actors and relevant incidents.
• Provide timely alerts on significant cyber events that may impact the company or its industry.
• Assess the potential impact of threats and vulnerabilities on business operations and strategic objectives.
• Support strategic decision‑making with actionable intelligence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall security posture.

Required profile

• Demonstrated interest or experience in cyber‑threat intelligence and analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Effective communication skills for producing clear reports and briefings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
