Trade Marketing Intern

About the role

Exoticca, an online travel agency focused on long-distance dream trips, is looking for a part-time Trade Marketing Intern in Barcelona. You will give operational and execution support to the Trade Marketing team, helping create, coordinate and maintain trade marketing assets across international markets so that B2B travel partners have accurate, up-to-date resources. It is a hands-on learning opportunity in the B2B travel sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation, coordination and maintenance of trade marketing materials across different markets.
• Keep internal documents, product information and marketing resources accurate and up to date.
• Review and update advisor-facing landing pages regularly, checking product details, pricing, offers and promotional content.
• Support Travel Advisor communications and updates, including product launches, campaigns, newsletters and sales opportunities.
• Create and coordinate trade marketing assets such as flyers, promotional materials and sales support tools.
• Support campaign monitoring and reporting, tracking KPIs and sharing insights with the team.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• Eagerness to learn about trade marketing, B2B partner engagement and the global travel industry.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable written and verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a fast-moving environment.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar workplace tools.
