Transport Lead

About the role

The Transport Lead plays a critical role in ensuring reliable, compliant, and efficient movement of products across the OUS Supply Chain. Based in Madrid, this position supports patient care by guaranteeing that products are delivered safely, on time, and in full across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day transportation operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of products across OUS markets.
• Oversee relationships with external logistics and transportation service providers, including performance management and issue resolution.
• Monitor transportation performance metrics (service level, cost, quality) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and international trade and transport regulations.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with planning, warehousing, and customer teams to drive continuous improvement.
