Transport Lead

About the role

The Transport Lead ensures reliable, compliant, and efficient movement of products across the Outside‑the‑U.S. (OUS) supply chain. This role supports service, quality, and financial objectives while directly impacting patient care by delivering products safely, on time, and in full to international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day transportation operations to guarantee timely, accurate, and compliant product delivery across OUS markets.
• Oversee relationships with external logistics and transportation service providers, including performance management and issue resolution.
• Monitor transportation performance metrics such as service level, cost, and quality, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, quality, and financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal supply chain functions to align transportation activities with broader business goals.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and manage transportation operations in a global supply chain environment.
• Experience overseeing external logistics partners and handling performance management.
• Capability to monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective measures.
