Transport Planner

About the role

As a Transport Planner at Tosca, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the end‑to‑end order processing and fulfillment process for the German market, based from our Madrid office. You will act as the link between customers, logistics partners and internal teams, ensuring high service levels while reducing costs and environmental impact.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full order processing and fulfillment workflow, including transport planning.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, logistics service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Optimize routes and transport plans to lower freight costs and carbon footprint.
• Support stock availability coordination and ensure timely deliveries.
• Contribute to departmental targets and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in order processing, logistics or transport planning, preferably in a European or international setting.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with high attention to detail.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a European team.

Required skills

• Confidence using logistics, order management or transport planning systems.
