Transport Planning Agent

About the role

As a Transport Planning Agent in Mallorca you will support TUI’s transport operations, ensuring that guest transfers are profitable, punctual and enjoyable. You will work closely with bus drivers and the TUI Musement team to keep the daily schedule running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist bus drivers with daily scheduling and ensure vehicle availability.
• Monitor and resolve incidents such as flight delays or bus breakdowns that affect transfer planning.
• Maintain efficient and profitable transfer plans while prioritising guest experience.
• Reserve vehicles according to daily plans and coordinate service support from partner companies when needed.

Required profile

• Experience in tourism or transport operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Culturally intelligent and comfortable in an international environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Starting gross salary of €23,900 per year.
