Travel Advisor – French Speaker

About the role

Join Click&Boat’s fast‑growing marketplace as a Travel Advisor focused on the French‑speaking market. Based in Barcelona, you will help clients find and book boat rentals, turning warm leads into satisfied sailors.

Key responsibilities

• Understand French‑speaking customers’ needs and guide them through the boat‑search process.
• Negotiate optimal prices with boat owners to secure the best deals for clients.
• Apply sales strategies to maximise conversion rates and accompany customers through the entire booking journey.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and foster loyalty for repeat business.
• Achieve a reachable annual sales target, with performance bonuses for over‑achievement.
• Work at least one Saturday per month, with a compensatory day off to ensure a two‑day weekend.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• 1–2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a marketplace or travel environment.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, from need assessment to closing and upselling.
• Team‑player who takes initiative and prioritises customer satisfaction.
