Travel Advisor - French Speaker

About the role

Click&Boat, Europe’s leading boat‑rental marketplace, is looking for a French‑speaking Travel Advisor to join its sales team in Barcelona. You will help French‑language customers find and book the perfect boat experience, working closely with the supply and customer‑care teams to ensure a seamless journey from inquiry to sailing.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client needs and provide tailored boat recommendations.
• Negotiate competitive rates with boat owners for warm leads already in your pipeline.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, maximizing conversion rates.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.
• Meet an annual sales target, with performance bonuses for over‑achievement.
• Work at least one Saturday per month, with a compensatory day off.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• 1–2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a marketplace or travel context.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Team‑player attitude, proactive initiative, and strong focus on customer satisfaction.
