Travel Advisor Intern – French Market

About the role

Join Click&Boat’s fast‑growing sales team in Barcelona as a Travel Advisor Intern focused on the French market. You will support French‑speaking customers throughout their boat‑rental journey, from initial inquiry to final booking.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and advise them on suitable boat options.
• Negotiate the best prices with boat owners for warm leads already in your pipeline.
• Apply sales strategies to maximise conversion rates and guide customers through the booking process.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and foster loyalty for future sailing trips.
• Work occasional Saturdays during the summer season, with a compensatory day off.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles is preferred.
• Team player who takes initiative and is driven by customer satisfaction.
