Trilingual Account Manager

About the role

Join Games Workshop’s dynamic sales team in Barcelona and help our trade partners grow their business. As a Trilingual Account Manager you will be the main point of contact for independent retail outlets, advising them on product ranges and ensuring they have the right stock to maximise sales.

Key responsibilities

• Call independent retail outlets (toy, hobby, book stores) weekly to review stock and recommend orders.
• Provide expert advice on product selection to match each partner’s business needs.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers.
• Perform regular stock checks and coordinate re‑orders of sold items.
• Introduce new product ranges and identify upselling opportunities.
• Expand the stockist programme by attracting new customers and nurturing long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Completed higher education.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing abilities.
• Excellent customer service, time‑management and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Fluent in English and any two of Danish, Greek, Norwegian, Polish, Italian, French or German at a business level.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English plus two additional European languages (business level).
