Turndown Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a Turndown Attendant to join our luxury resort team in Tenerife. In this role you will ensure guest rooms are perfectly prepared for the evening, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform turndown service in assigned rooms, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, order and presentation.
• Prepare rooms for the night by arranging beds, adjusting lighting and curtains, refreshing amenities and ensuring a cozy ambience.
• Refresh and maintain bathrooms and guest areas to impeccable standards.
• Replenish amenities, towels and linens according to hotel standards.
• Respond promptly and discreetly to guest requests.
• Report any maintenance or technical issues to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items following company procedures and maintain guest privacy at all times.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless service.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
• Responsible, organized and able to manage time efficiently.
• Team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude with a genuine commitment to guest service.
• Basic proficiency in English.
