University Lecturer (Full‑Time Faculty)

About the role

GBSB Global Business School is looking for passionate full‑time faculty members to join its Barcelona campus for the 2026‑2027 academic year. You will teach undergraduate and postgraduate students from more than 60 nationalities, supervise research projects, and contribute to the school’s academic excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses within your area of expertise.
• Supervise bachelor’s theses, master’s dissertations and participate in thesis defence committees.
• Provide academic tutoring and support throughout students’ learning journeys.
• Contribute to curriculum design, quality assurance and institutional initiatives.
• Conduct research, publish in Scopus‑indexed journals and engage in scholarly activities.
• Participate actively in faculty meetings, academic events and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• PhD (or near completion) in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum three years of university teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the listed disciplines (e.g., Finance, Strategy, Digital Transformation, Law, etc.).
• Experience supervising research projects and an active research record.
• Strong command of English, the language of instruction.
• Commitment to academic excellence, innovation and student success.
