University Teacher – Faculty Recruitment 2026/27

About the role

ESIC Barcelona is expanding its faculty for the 2026‑2027 academic year and seeks PhD‑qualified teachers accredited by ANECA or AQU to deliver undergraduate programmes as an affiliated centre of Universitat Rovira i Virgili.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate courses in marketing, business management, data & technology, and related humanities topics.
• Design and update curricula, teaching materials, and assessment methods.
• Supervise student projects and theses, linking academic work with real‑world business challenges.
• Maintain active research activity and publish in relevant journals.
• Foster partnerships with companies and professional organisations to enrich teaching.

Required profile

• PhD holder accredited by ANECA or AQU.
• Ability to teach in English.
• Previous university teaching experience.
• Strong research track record.
• Established links with the professional and business environment.
• Commitment to practice‑oriented, active learning methodologies.
