User Acquisition Manager

About the role

Socialpoint is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to drive growth for its flagship mobile titles such as Two Dots, Dragon City and Monster Legends. You will own the day‑to‑day execution of acquisition campaigns, run data‑driven tests and collaborate closely with creative, product and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily UA operations across social, SDK networks and programmatic channels.
• Set up, optimize, budget and report on campaigns from start to finish.
• Design and run structured tests on creatives, audiences and channels to improve CPI, ROAS and IPM.
• Partner with Creative to brief concepts, review performance and iterate.
• Monitor dashboards, surface insights and recommend optimisations.
• Work with Product, ASO and BI teams to enhance the full‑funnel experience.
• Assist in forecasting and pacing monthly budgets.
• Stay up‑to‑date on platform updates, industry trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of mobile user acquisition or performance marketing experience.
• Hands‑on experience running ad‑network or social campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Mobile attribution platforms (MMPs).
• Ad‑network and UA platform management.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, lookups).
• Basic SQL or data‑tool knowledge (bonus).
