Visual Merchandising & Brand Experience Intern

About the role

This internship supports the Brand Experience team in delivering consistent visual merchandising (VM) across all channels. You will work closely with the VM manager and store teams to ensure that visual standards and campaign guidelines are applied correctly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the organization and execution of VM projects, including store openings, refits, campaign set‑ups and activations.
• Review store images and provide feedback to improve the shopping environment and maintain VM standards.
• Validate campaign missions and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the external VM agency, delivering information and training, and monitor their performance.
• Communicate updates and request information for VM projects across stores and the VM team.
• Participate on‑site in key VM set‑ups to ensure proper implementation.

Required profile

• Based in Barcelona and fluent in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management aptitude.
• Interest in retail visual presentation and brand experience.
