About the role

Join the Barceló Group as a Waiter/Waitress at Hotel Allegro Isora, a 4‑star resort in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests while representing the brand’s commitment to hospitality excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute food and beverage service and sales autonomously and responsibly.
• Welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and ensure proper seating when needed.
• Provide direct assistance to guests during their dining experience.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and service areas.

Required profile

• Medium‑level hospitality training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) with HACCP certification.
• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role.
• High proficiency in English.
• Team‑player attitude, stress tolerance, and a well‑kept personal image.
• Strong social skills and customer‑orientation.

Required skills

• HACCP (food safety) knowledge.
• Cocktail preparation.
