Workday Project Manager (French speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Workday Project Manager to join our fast‑growing, multicultural team of IT professionals. Based in Madrid, you will lead end‑to‑end Workday implementations for international clients, driving digital transformation toward cloud‑based services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle Workday projects following the Workday methodology, defining scope, governance, milestones and deliverables.
• Own project financials, monitor budget, burn rate, forecast and margin, and manage change requests.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, maintain transparent escalation paths and ensure proactive issue resolution.
• Facilitate steering committees and executive governance forums, providing concise, data‑driven reporting.
• Lead cross‑functional Workday teams, establishing clear ownership, deadlines and accountability.
• Apply delivery frameworks and Workday best practices, ensuring thorough documentation, sign‑offs and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on enterprise software implementations.
• Strong financial control and budget management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
