Main Responsibilities

• Support training needs analysis projects and design impactful learning and development programs.
• Deliver workshops and development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee performance and professional growth.
• Monitor program effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs) and detailed feedback analysis.
• Provide operational support for assessment projects, including data collection, participant coordination, and reporting.
• Contribute to the development of competency models and advanced assessment tools.
• Conduct research on emerging HR trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Assist Senior Consultants in strategic workforce planning, including data analysis, skill gap identification, and optimization.
• Prepare high-quality project deliverables, scenarios, and strategic recommendations.
