A330 MRTT Flight Line & Delivery Center Quality Internship

About the role

Ready to join Airbus’s A330 MRTT program in Spain? This six‑month, part‑time internship is designed for final‑year aerospace or industrial engineering students to complete their Bachelor’s thesis while gaining hands‑on experience on the flight line and delivery centre.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a visual stream‑mapping model of the Flight Line, CCMD and delivery processes, covering the entire quality chain from aircraft testing to customer hand‑over.
• Define internal quality requirements for each milestone, gathering feedback from inspection, configuration control and customer inspection teams.
• Create a modular digital model to support daily routines, reporting and strategic decisions.
• Implement AI‑based solutions where possible, respecting the military environment and related restrictions.
• Integrate the solution with the MRTT Verse improvement‑project team.

Required profile

• Enrolled in the final year of an Aerospace Engineering or Industrial Engineering degree.
• English proficiency at least B2 (C1 desirable) and Spanish at least B1.
• Ability to work on‑site in Getafe, Spain, 5 hours per day (25 hours per week).

Required skills

• General knowledge of Google Suite.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini.
