A400M MRO Service Program Office Internship (Discover II)

About the role

Join Airbus’s Discover II graduate program as an intern in the A400M MRO Service Program Office. You will work on the development and monitoring of MRO contracts and upgrade offers for the A400M fleet, gaining hands‑on experience in a customer‑focused aerospace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy an optimized costing tool to streamline stakeholder contributions and enable strategic sensitivity analysis.
• Improve project scheduling for embodiment upgrade offers, automating processes with tools such as Confluence.
• Participate in the preparation phase of new upgrade offers, supporting contract management and monitoring activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2026) from a relevant discipline (engineering, business, or related fields).
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in aerospace MRO and contract management.
• Ability to work in a multinational team across Belgium, Spain, France, Germany, the UK and Turkey.

Required skills

• Experience with Confluence or equivalent collaboration tools.
